We're thrilled to share our Marfch updates with you...
Hey, Muh!
Check out what's new at Glide this month
Welcome to the March Glide Roundup. Here are our latest updates: the introduction of Glide Actions, new components, push notifications, and the new Glide Apps! We also have a new Unstoppable Genius profile on Siebe Gorter, the founder of Aarde. Plus, don't miss out on our upcoming workshop featuring Glide's CEO David Siegel who will discuss our new Actions and Integrations, including OpenAI.
Meet the new Glide Apps
This month we shared an important update about the product evolution at Glide. Our flagship product, previously referred to as Glide Pages, is now called Apps, becoming our officially supported and recommended product, so you can seamlessly build across desktop and mobile. Please note:
Existing Apps are now Classic Apps
Pages are now Apps
You can learn more about the transition from Glide Pages to Glide Apps by reviewing the FAQs in our documentation. If you have more questions, visit our community.

New Components: Checklists, Location, Signature, Link, Progress Bar, and more
We have a new batch of components and features to help you get more done. With these new components, you can manage tasks, communicate with users via call, SMS or email, capture signatures, open links with one click, track progress, customize ratings, and much more.
With the launch of Apple's iOS 16.4, we're excited to announce another great leap forward for companies building software on Glide: Push Notifications. With this new action, you can now instantly deliver important information to your users, all with the click of a button.
Unstoppable Genius: Modernizing the farming tech stack and saving $100,000 a year
Meet our latest Unstoppable Genius: Siebe Gorter. He's an organic vegetable farmer who started his own agricultural advisory company Aarde. Siebe initially researched various app-building tools to improve his farm's processes. After several meetings with developers, he realized that he did not have the budget for a traditional solution. That's when he discovered Glide, built a custom app and saved $100k in software costs before selling his software to other European farms.
Watch our latest tutorial on how to connect Glide and Slack using our latest integrations. You can now send Slack messages directly from your Glide Apps.
